Teaching Assistant - Otis College of Art & Design Campus
Ryman Arts has an opening at our Otis College of Art & Design campus for a Teaching Assistant. Teaching Assistants (TA) support faculty and staff in delivering drawing and painting classes to talented high school students. The TA is responsible for classroom setup and breakdown, transporting and distributing supplies, organizing student artwork and portfolios, taking attendance, and organizing and maintaining supplies. The TA will also support with class management, assist with student critiques, and help students further develop their art skills. Additional duties include participating in off-site field trips and installing student art exhibitions, as well as contributing to other programmatic projects. Should Ryman Arts classes transition to online, the TA would assist in the classes via Zoom.
